The lead course instructor at ETT is composed of a highly skilled professional with over 15 years of in IT Business Analysis and is able to really teach his students the necessary requisite knowledge to gain entry and progress their way through and into the Information Technology industry. The student assistants and alumni willingly offer their support in understanding concepts through insightful comparisons. The class lectures 2 days/week provide foundational advice and creative solutions that are tailored to on-the-job needs. The instructors in-depth knowledge of the industry was evident in every class. Outstanding Customer Service is an understatement - They were always available to address every students questions and concerns, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with every step of the process. Communication was prompt, clear, and transparent throughout the entire cohort. As with all classes, you still have to put in the work to study the material the instructor assigns - Just take the course serious and your job placement will take care of itself. Towards the end of the cohort, Hussein and his team of BA's hold workshops to optimize your resume for the role you intend to pursue i.e. BA, QA, Scrum Maser, as a career, and workshops preparing you for interviews. On a final note, Hussein really really passionately loves his career and what he does - so he really cares about instilling his knowledge and success into his students - and literally leaves no student behind during his classes.
